Jacuzzi® Spas ClearRay® UV Sanitiser XL Bulb Replacement

Hi, Thank you for this opportunity. I found it frustrating that an item so important to the well being of my spa was out of stock for so long. When I first started to place an order I could not find it on your product list so phoned and was told it was out of stock and due in at the end of Nov, early Dec. The item later appeared and showed it was out of stock (possibly due to an email I sent to SeaWorld who forwarded it to you.
When it finally became available I was in Australia and did not have the information of other products I needed and a discount voucher with me. Hence I only ordered the UV bulb. I was offered for the voucher to be applied on my next order but as I would also have to pay rural postage I have decided to wait before placing another order. Maybe an early order of my next UV Bulb. Cheers Janet
