Shipping policy
At Spa Store NZ, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about our standard shipping fees, delivery times, and policies.
Please note that in rare cases, such as for shipments of excessive weight or to extremely rural areas, a shipping surcharge may apply. We will always contact you for your approval before any additional charges are made.
Standard Shipping Rates (New Zealand-Wide)*
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping for most orders across New Zealand.
Free Shipping on orders over $175
Orders to $174.99: A flat rate of $7 per order.
Rural delivery incurs an additional $7.
* The exceptions for oversized, heavy, and specialty items are detailed below.
Additional Surcharges:
Due to their size, weight, or nature, some items have a base shipping surcharge. For certain categories, additional fees for your specific location or a rural address may also apply on top of this base surcharge.
Dangerous Goods: $25
Medium-Sized Items: $45
The following surcharges apply only to orders containing Dangerous Goods, Medium Items and Spa Covers. These fees are added to the base surcharge.
South Island & Waiheke Island Delivery: $30.
Rural Delivery: $55.
Delivery Times & Order Processing
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in New Zealand). Most orders for in-stock items begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed and payment is approved.
Delivery Time
Please note that our expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when it will arrive. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the courier and your location. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Item Availability
The availability of an item is clearly noted on each product page.
Most in-stock items will leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days.
Special Order & Pre-ordered Items
These items are not kept in stock but are available for purchase for your convenience. The estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page. You will be notified via email of your order's status and will receive tracking details once it has been shipped.
Out-of-Stock Items
Although we try to maintain inventory, we may occasionally be out of stock of certain products. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by phone or email with an estimated arrival time and offer you the opportunity to keep or cancel your order. If we cancel an order because a product is no longer available, you will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Important Additional Information
Tracking information will be provided for all orders sent to a valid email address.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct. A fee may be charged for shipments that need to be re-routed due to a customer's error.
In the rare event that a shipment is of excessive weight or is going to an extremely rural area, an additional surcharge may apply. We will always contact you to confirm any new price for your approval before making any charges to your account.
