SpaStore Plus & SpaStore Points:
SpaStore Plus is a complimentary loyalty programme operated by Spa Store New Zealand Limited. Members earn SpaStore Points on qualifying purchases and through other eligible activities offered by Spa Store from time to time.
SpaStore Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned. Any Points not redeemed within 12 months of being earned will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.
SpaStore Points may be redeemed directly for eligible discounts on qualifying purchases, subject to the following redemption conditions:
- a minimum order value of $175 applies before any SpaStore Points related discount is applied;
- SpaStore Points discounts cannot be combined with any other special discount, promotional discount, coupon code or similar offer, unless expressly stated otherwise;
- a maximum of 1000 in SpaStore Points may be redeemed at once per order;
- Points may only be redeemed against eligible products and purchases.
SpaStore Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred between members or accounts.
The number of SpaStore Points earned, the value of SpaStore Points when redeemed, qualifying purchases, available rewards and redemption requirements may change from time to time.
Points may not be earned on certain products, charges, transactions, promotions or other exclusions specified by Spa Store.
If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, any Points earned in relation to that purchase may be deducted from the member's Points balance.
Spa Store may correct SpaStore Points and may suspend or close a SpaStore Plus account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse of the programme.
Spa Store may amend, suspend or discontinue the SpaStore Plus programme, including changes to the way SpaStore Points are earned or redeemed and the rewards available.
