Usage Information:

Directions
Pour in Purge™ Natural Pipe Cleaner (500ml for up to 1500 litres). Turn on jets and circulation pump for 20 minutes. For a deeper clean, let the pipes soak overnight. Turn on jets and circulation pump for an additional 20 minutes. Finally drain the spa as per your manufacturer's instructions.

Storage: Store at room temperature.

CAUTION: Eye irritant. Avoid eye contact. Do not drink. Do not inhale mist or vapour.

Eyes First aid : In case of contact, flush with cool water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, call a physician.

Ingestion: Drink cool water and call physician. Do not induce vomiting.

Q. Why do I need to clean my spas filters and why is this vitally important to spa maintenance?

A. Your spa cleans itself and all debris and waste is collected in your spas filters. Not cleaning filters correctly on a regular basis runs the risk of the filters becoming ineffective and may require their replacement earlier than expected.

Q. When should I clean my spas filters?

A. You should follow your spa manufacturer instructions on filter maintenance, however we recommend cleaning your filters weekly.

Q. Should I remove the filters before using this product?

A. Yes, the spa filters should be removed before soaking.

Q. How do I know if the filters are blocked?

A. Dirty filters are unable to filter out contaminants from your spa water effectively. Visually inspect your filters by pulling them out (see your spa manufacturer's instructions). If they look dirty, discoloured, feel slimy or sticky or give off any bad odour, they need a thorough clean. Excessively dirty filters be much harder to clean and may result in reduced life of the filters.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be returned in like-new condition, ideally in their original packaging, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

You have 7 days from the receipt of the product to initiate a return. Specific exclusions apply (see below).
All returned products must be in new condition with original retail packaging, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a refund or exchange. We will either exchange the item or refund the full purchase price.
A restocking fee may apply depending on the reason for the return.

Special order items and parts are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon arrival. Defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Custom-made spa covers are non-returnable, as they are made to your specifications. Spa covers with a 5-working-day ETA can be returned but will incur a $30 restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect. Misordered or incorrectly measured covers (including stock, generic, or custom) are non-refundable. Custom covers are made to the dimensions you provide. By completing your purchase, you confirm all measurements are accurate.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact Customer Service at 0800-772786 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item number, email, and phone number from your confirmation email. For extensive carton damage, contact us immediately with your order number ready.

Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center (typically within 10 days). The refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Check your return status via your account’s order history. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
