A good spa cover is essential for your spa pool to protect all your components from harsh UV light from the sun. A well-made spa cover also seals tightly and provides insulation for your spa, retaining heat and making it much more efficient to keep your water warm.

Construction:
Top vinyl: Marine Grade top vinyl reinforce the function of Waterproof ,Anti-Mildew, Moisture proof , UV resistance, Cold cracking resistance, Abrasion resistance.
Bottom vinyl: made of pvc ,resistant to mildew, cold cracking ,abrasion, chlorine resistant P.E. plastic to eliminate bleaching.
Foam: Tapered 100% virgin resin Expanded Polystyrene(EPS) foam cores with the density of 25kg/cbm or 32kg/cbm for optimum strength and foam is vacuum sealed. The internal foams have a 90 to 60mm taper to prevent ponding on the surface of the cover.
Heat sealed vapor shield: PE 6 mil plastic or can de made of high quality aluminized paper.
Gauge Aluminum C-Channel: Lighter, extra strength and corrosion proof, ensuring structural integrity for the life of cover.
Handle: Tear-resistant reinforced nylon handles for easy opening and closing .
Strap: Eight tie-down straps with Security Childproof Locks. The spa pool cover 8 locking mechanisms are fitted to limit access to the spa.
Skirt: Perimeter skirt that helps keep heat in and Insulate dust and dirty, 110mm long.
Corrosion Proof Nylon Zipper: Large #8 zipper with protective flap will not corrode or pull apart.
The hinge: 4 layer, quadruple reinforced hinge to help this most-worked part .
The heat stopper pads: That eliminates heat loss .
The weep holes: In the bottom of the cover allow condensated water to drain.
Thread: Double stitched with high grade bonded polyester, UV resistance.

Warranty: Applies for a period of 24 months for the vinyl outer and 12 months for the polystyrene inner billets. The warranty is from the date of purchase.
Cover care
- Avoid excessive exposure to chemicals
- Remove cover during shock dosing, return when levels are normal again
- Only clean the cover using luke warm and mildly soapy water then rinse with fresh water
- Always lift and carry the cover when moving, never drag the cover
- During periods of high wind ensure the cover is locked or store out of the wind
- Never use chemical cleaners or solvents on the cover
- Never expose the cover to chemical cleaning solutions commonly used to wash the exterior of houses
- Be aware that chemical cleaning solutions can drift a distance. store the cover safely away during exterior house cleans
- Extend the life of the cover by using a cover lifter

Will a spa cover reduce my spas power use?
Spa pool hard covers have a thermal resistance (R) value of 2.28 and virtually eliminate evaporation. This enables hard covers to save up to 70% of the pool heating energy requirements.
Are the Spa Store spa hardcovers safe?
Spa Store spa covers are designed to prevent a small child accessing the pool. This only works if the locking devices are used.
What sized spas can be covered with a spa hardcover?
Most spas are under 2400mm x 2400mm square and are simple to cover. Larger covers can be made but may need modifications. Email us to discuss further.
Are there any spa shapes that can't be covered?
