A good product that was easy to assemble and install. Our previous lifter was damaged during a storm and I wanted the replacement to work as well as that one - which it does. All the support parts (drill bit, phillips head) are provided as well. Big thumbs up for this item.

4 Great lifter for tall hot tubs

Great lifter which does the job well - we have a tall hot tub and this was the only lifter we could find that would fit. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts as it doesn’t feel incredibly well built, but for the price we are very happy with it!
