Treating Your Spa with the AQUASPA™ Chlorine & Bromine Free System

Using the AQUASPA™ Chlorine & Bromine Free System is simple and allows you to enjoy your spa quickly. Follow these steps:

1. Fill the Spa: Place the hose through the filter box. Leave the cover off.
   
2. Add Chlorine Remover: Use AQUASPA™ Chlorine Remover according to the label directions. This step is essential as all water contains some chlorine. Run the filtration pump only for 30 minutes.
   
3. Check Water Levels: Use a test strip to check pH, Alkalinity, and Calcium Hardness.
   
   • pH: 7.4-7.6
   • Alkalinity: 125-150 ppm
   • Calcium Hardness: 200-275 ppm
   • Use AQUASPA™ Alkalinity Enhancer or AQUASPA™ pH Reducer to adjust pH and Alkalinity.
   • Use AQUASPA™ Calcium Enhancer if needed.
4. Add Spa Sanitiser: Add AQUASPA™ Spa Sanitiser at 60ml per 1000 litres. Run the filtration pump only for 1 hour.
   
5. Add Spa Shock: Add AQUASPA™ Spa Shock at 20 grams per 1000 litres. Run the filtration pump only for 30 minutes.
   
6. Add Spa Kleer: Add AQUASPA™ Spa Kleer at 60ml per 1000 litres. Run the filtration pump only for 30 minutes.
   
7. Run Filtration Pump: Continue running the pump for a minimum of 6 hours, or until the water is clear.
   
8. Clean Filter Cartridges: After 24 hours, remove and clean the filter cartridges using AQUASPA™ Instant Filter Klenz.
