Directions for Use:
Initial Treatment (dosage based on 1000L pool):
For first 3 days, run the pool filter for at least 6 hrs. a day. Each day rinse filters and soak overnight in de-greaser, rinse again and allow to dry in sun if possible.
On Day 1:
Drain, Clean and refill the pool. Add 1 L of Silver Cove.
On Day 2 & 3:
Add an additional 500ml of Silver Cove.
Once a week thereafter:
Add ½ litre (500 ml) per 1000 litres of pool water to be sanitised.
At any sign of decreased water clarity/quality or when spa is under heavy usage, has long exposure to direct sunlight or is contaminated with suntan lotions, sunscreens, etc., increase weekly treatment amount by 100 ml increments until clear.
As with any type of sanitiser, periodic draining, cleaning and reinitiating the product’s protocol is recommended to ensure consistent spa water quality.

How much Silver Cove is needed for my spa pool? How often do I need to add more sanitiser?
Initially add 2 litres of Salud’s Silver Cove formula for every 1000 litres of pool water. Once a week thereafter, add ½ litre (500 ml) per 1000 litres of pool water to be sanitised.
Will using Silver Cove in my spa pool require a good deal of pool maintenance?
A great advantage of Silver Cove is the easy, low maintenance usage. No need to test water or balance pH.
Do I need to keep my spa pool at a certain temperature in order for Silver Cove to work?
No. Silver Cove is not temperature sensitive so this is not a concern; however, do keep your spa pool covered when not in use.
Does my pump need to be operating in order for Silver Cove to be effective?
No. Silver Cove will save you money and energy as it does not require continual pump usage to keep water circulating.
What do I need to do in order to get optimal results when using this type of product?
Because Silver Cove and similar, natural products do not contain harsh chemical disinfectants, a more precautionary approach to controlling pool usage is advised. Common sense guidelines to maintaining healthy, high level water quality involve:
• having all pool users shower before using pool
• making sure sunscreens, tanning lotions etc do not contaminate pool water
• keeping pool covered when not in use
• cleaning off the pool filter with a high pressure hose once a week and with a de-greasing product once a month
• regularly changing pool water
• circulating water for a short period every day or two if possible
How often must I change the water in my spa pool?
As with any type of sanitiser, periodic draining, cleaning and reinitiating the product’s protocol is recommended to ensure consistent spa water quality. It is recommended to change your spa pool water every 4- 12 weeks depending on the level of usage.
What if the spa water becomes less clear?
At any sign of decreased water clarity/quality or when spa is under heavy usage or has long exposure to direct sunlight, increase weekly treatment amount by 100 ml increments until clear. If water quality is still unsatisfactory:
drain, clean, refill and reinitiate Silver Cove’s protocol, making sure filter is cleaned.
Are there any other advantages to using Silver Cove in my spa pool?
The use of Silver Cove is entirely flexible and adjustable (using less or more product) according to conditions, level and manner of spa pool usage. Silver Cove can be purchased periodically as required to suit your budget.

Shipping
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be returned in like-new condition, ideally in their original packaging, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- You have 7 days from the receipt of the product to initiate a return. Specific exclusions apply (see below).
- All returned products must be in new condition with original retail packaging, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a refund or exchange. We will either exchange the item or refund the full purchase price.
- A restocking fee may apply depending on the reason for the return.
Re-Stocking Fees
For non-special order items, in-stock products, or items with a 5-working-day ETA, an $18 restocking fee applies to incorrectly ordered items in these categories:

Special order items and parts are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon arrival. Defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Custom-made spa covers are non-returnable, as they are made to your specifications. Spa covers with a 5-working-day ETA can be returned but will incur a $30 restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

- Special Orders: Non-returnable unless defective.

We are not responsible for returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect. Misordered or incorrectly measured covers (including stock, generic, or custom) are non-refundable. Custom covers are made to the dimensions you provide. By completing your purchase, you confirm all measurements are accurate.
Return Instructions:

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact Customer Service at 0800-772786 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item number, email, and phone number from your confirmation email. For extensive carton damage, contact us immediately with your order number ready.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center (typically within 10 days). The refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Check your return status via your account’s order history. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
Note: Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
